Heart Disease Breakthrough in Reversing Plaque!

by Steve
(Denver, CO, U.S.)

Although most doctors will say it's not possible to reverse heart disease and artery plaque, I've been able to do it with only diet and nutritional supplements!

I've had 2 heart CT scans, and they showed significant reversal in about 6 months, and I didn't use any drugs!

My recent CT scan showed a drop of 57 points for the Calcium Volume Score from the initial scan, which is probably about 10 years of plaque build up.

This tells me that other people can do it too!

I'm still on the diet, and hoping for continued regression. I want to go into my "Second Life" with little risk for having a heart attack!

Before now, only strict vegetarian diets (like Ornish) have had some success with heart disease and artery plaque reversal.

The difference is that my diet is easier for most people to follow because I have lean chicken and fish, with some dairy.

Recently, I've been writing a blog about my heart disease reversal. For more detail, go to beatheartdisease.blogspot.com.

Thanks!

Steve

Thanks for the information... I really love your blog posts... specially those on natural blood thinners for avoiding bleeding strokes which is what happened to my father.
