3) The release of lysozymes to break down microbes represent strong oxidants like peroxides, which deplete glutathione.

4) White Blood Cells release billions of free radicals during “monoclonal expansion,” which depletes glutathione.

Raising Glutathione, according to Dr. Gutman, is an effective way to ensure a strong body and vigorous resistance to microbial and viral infections!

“Eating glutathione to raise it is like eating brains to get smart,” he cautions. Taking a glutathione pill does not work, because it is digested and does not get to the immune cells, where needed."
